Located in Los Angeles, California The Sauna Spa provides Infrared Sauna Therapy, Dry Sauna Therapy and Steam Therapy. We have a very cozy personalized setup with several double and quad sized Infrared Saunas; all equiped with every sauna feature you can think of. Our primary focus is Infrared Sauna therapy, however we do have a large traditional sauna with hot rocks for steam. We feel that most people relax best when they are alone or with a friend, therefore most of our saunas are sized with that in mind.

Why Infrared Saunas? We use infrared saunas because they have many therapeutic benefits and traditional saunas only have a few. Infrared Saunas can be used at a lower temperature (or a high one if you like) to achieve these benefits. The reason is in the sauna technology... Infrared Rays penetrate deep into our tissue and directly increase the bodies core temperature. Traditional saunas only heat our skin up, that is why a very high temperature is needed and they can actually be unsafe for prolonged use.
